More than half of the Hollywood novels that made the list of the top 100 bestsellers of all time were based on actual events or fictional characters.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, this was the most accurate prediction of the list, since most of the novels on the list were based in the real world.
The biggest winner, of course, was George Orwell’s 1984, which was released in 1952.
The book became a bestseller for nearly 50 years, and its fictional version, the film version of 1984, won the Academy Award for Best Picture in 1979.
The list was compiled by The New York Times’ Book of the Year Award, and it includes works by all major authors, including John Steinbeck, J.K. Rowling, Philip Roth, and Isaac Asimov.
The top ten bestseller books of all-time include books by the likes of Aldous Huxley, James Joyce, Franz Kafka, Ray Bradbury, and Philip Roth.
The book list is based on sales figures from The New Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, a nonprofit group that represents movie and TV producers.
The group’s data is compiled from the online listings of more than 2,500 movie and television projects, and the books are then ranked based on their sales numbers.
The winners are then given a total of 1,000 points.
